John arrived early and treated us well and acted very professionally throughout the process. He didn't mind us asking him questions during the inspection and if we were not in an area he was inspecting and had something of importance, he immediately called us to show us the issue he discovered. He was very thorough - even our real estate agent was impressed with some of the issues he found. He had fair pricing and responded promptly to questions prior to scheduling the inspection. We received the 60 page report of his findings (there were several issues with the property) the evening of the day that the inspection was completed. I had John pre-inspect a house I was going to make an offer on so we could make a cleaner offer by waiving the inspection. We had to schedule him on short notice because offers were due the next day. He arrived early and started on the outside of the house because my realtor was not there yet.
